An invoice can be Viewed by clicking the Ref # hyperlink on the Manage Quotes/Invoices page.

This opens the View Invoice page. All the details about the invoice are shown here, including the Invoice To details, Locations and Items.

At the bottom of the invoice, the amount Paid and Balance Owing are listed beneath the Invoice Total.

To add a payment to the invoice, click Add Payment on the bottom right-hand side of the screen.
This opens the Add Amount pop-up, which is explained further in the Add Payments article.

Any payments that have been made will be listed at the bottom of the screen, under Payment Transactions. From here, we can see the payment date, receipt reference, payment method, amount paid, and status of our payments.
We can also view Receipts by clicking the button in line with the payment, which is explained further in the View Receipts article.
