Manage Invoices

This function allows for the processing of quotes and invoices for the sale of locations and items.

You can navigate to Manage Invoices either via the side menu or via the dashboard.

This opens the Manage Quotes/Invoices page. This page allows users to create and manage quotes and invoices, view receipts, and add payments.

Click the Add New Quote or Add New Invoice buttons to create new invoices and quotes.

In the middle of the page, previously created quotes and invoices are displayed. Click the Ref # hyperlink on a quote/invoice to open it in View mode.

Click the Receipts button to view receipts, and the Add Payment button to open the payment function. Both these functions will be explained in more detail in the following articles.

The Show Columns button allows the columns of information of the listed quotes and invoices to be edited.

On the Show Columns pop-up window, tick columns you wish to see displayed, and untick those you wish to remove. Tick the Remember Selection option to save the selection for each time you login.
