byondcloud includes a Deceased Search URL that can be embedded on your website to allow members of the public to find deceased persons in your cemetery.
It syncs with your RecordKeepr and MapMakr records to create a rich profile of the deceased person. The public can then read about the deceased person and see where they are on a map.
To find the Deceased Search URL, navigate to Manage Account on the Dashboard or side menu.

Scroll down to Other Information, and find the Deceased Search URL field. Click the button to the right of this field to copy the URL to your clipboard. This URL can then be embedded on your website.

For our example, we’re going to paste the URL into our internet browser’s address bar. In this way, we can see exactly what the public would see by opening the page.

The following screen opens. From here, we can search for deceased records by Cemetery, Location, Name, Year of Death and Interment Year.

In our example, we’re going to search for all our deceased records that have passed between 2022 and 2023.

Click Search.

Any matching deceased records are displayed below. We can see summary information about each record, or we can click the view button to open a single record for a more in-depth look.

We see information on the deceased record that comes from multiple sources within byondcloud:
- The deceased’s name, age, and location details come from the Deceased record in RecordKeepr.
- The map and images come from the Location record in RecordKeepr.
- The map also syncs with MapMakr, so the public can see your drone imagery and polygons.

After we’re done looking at this record, we can click Back to return to the Deceased Search page and find another record.
