Begin by selecting the Sales Pricing Model.

Fixed
The Fixed price option allows you to sell products for a pre-determined value that is not subject to change.
Select Fixed, then check the With Delivery box and type in the price. If you offer to place the product, for example, on a location, check the With Delivery & Placement box and type in the price.

Quantity x Price
The Quantity x Price option allows you to sell products per Unit of Measure. For example, a florist can sell roses by dozens or a cemetery can sell mowing services per square foot/meter.
Select Quantity X Price, then type in what the minimum purchase quantity and the Unit of Measure are. Check the With Delivery box and type in the price. If you offer to place the product, for example, on a location, check the With Delivery & Placement box and type in the price.
In the example below you can see that the supplier sells a dozen roses for 39.99 dollars with delivery and 44.99 dollars with delivery and placement. The supplier requires their customers to purchase a least one dozen.

Tiered
The Tiered option allows you to set up a ranked purchase structure. For example, a florist can set up a structure where the more products their customers buy, the lower the purchase price.
Select Tiered, then type in what the minimum purchase quantity and the Unit of Measure are. Check the With Delivery box. If you offer to place the product, for example, on a location, check the With Delivery & Placement box. Then press the + Add RRP (Recommended Retail Price) button.

Type in the price structure for a particular quantity. The Quantity From field will be auto populated as per Minimum Quantity, then type in what the Quantity To is. Type in the price per unit With Delivery and With Delivery and Placement. Repeat the process to achieve a tiered structure.
In the example below you can see that the more dozens of roses the customer purchases, the lower the price per dozen. The customers will pay 40 dollars with delivery and 45 dollars with placement for up to three (3) dozens of roses. However, if they purchase at least four (4) dozens they will get a ten-dollar discount and pay 30 dollars with delivery and 35 dollars with placement for each dozen roses.

IMPORTANT*** Only Items with the Tiered and QualityxPrice Pricing Models can be selected in RecordKeep Invoice.
