Consumer’s Experience

When the Floral Program is published from byondcloud, the customers on the selected Contact List receive emails with a link to the Landing Page.

When the customer clicks the Join Now button, they are navigated to the Landing Page. On the Landing Page they can view basic information about the Floral Program and can purchase products on offer.

To select a product, the customer needs to select the deceased name, quantity of products and press the Add to Cart button.

The customer is navigated to the Cart page where they can view their products and/or remove them. When ready to proceed they press the Next button.

On the Checkout Method tab they can choose whether they would like to purchase the products with or without registering their details.

On the Billing Information tab they can review their details that came from their byondcloud Person record. They can change the details if they wish to.

On the Payment Information tab they can press the Pay Now button.

They will be navigated to a secure opuspay checkout page where they can enter their card details to pay for the selected products.

When they have successfully paid for the products, they will be redirected back to the Landing Page.

The customer will receive a confirmation email with an invoice attached.

The customer can view their order by clicking on the corresponding button. They will be navigated to the Cart page with their order details. Here they can cancel their order or access their Receipt.
