Contact Lists let you send mass communications to a tailored list of person records. Specifically, this is used in the Floral Programs module to send emails or letters to rights holders and other customers for the purpose of marketing Floral Programs campaigns.
Click on Manage under Contact List on the Persons dashboard, or click Contact List on the side menu.
The Contact Lists screen will open. Existing contact lists are displayed on this screen, along with their descriptions, creation dates, and statuses.
On this page you can:
- Search for a specific list by typing its name in the Search bar.
- Delete a list by clicking the red Delete button in line with the list.
- Open an existing list to view by clicking the Contact List Name hyperlink.
