The Persons module is a global resource that links to multiple byondcloud modules. All rights holders, deceased persons and customers are created as Person Records in this module. These person records can then be reused against multiple transactions and can be made rights holders or deceased records at any time.
The Persons module has two parts:
Person Records – This is where you can create, edit, and view person record. Any person created in another module will be found here as well.
Contact List – This function allows you to create lists of person records based on certain criteria, e.g., religion or veteran status. You can then send emails or letters to these lists en masse.
