The supplier will receive Service Schedules when they offer Delivery & Placement of the products.
Let’s consider the following scenario. Beautiful Blossoms Florist works with Highview Remembrance Park on Floral Programs. The florist offers Delivery & Placement of their floral arrangements to the cemetery locations. When Highview Remembrance Park sells the florist’s products and generates a Purchase Order for them, the florist will also receive a Service Schedule with the coordinates that will help their staff to place the flowers on the appropriate locations.
You can access the Service Schedule by clicking on the related Purchase Order hyperlink.
On the Service Schedule Allocation screen check the boxes in line with the products you have placed on the listed locations and press the Confirm button in the bottom right corner.
