Introduction

The Items module is a global module available in all byondcloud portals: cemetery, funeral home, florist and mason. It is a shared module that can be used for Care Programs, Floral Programs and RecordKeepr.

For example, when a florist sets up their Items, the cemetery that partners with the florist can add the florist’s Items to use in Care Programs or Floral Programs.

Another use case of the Items module can be for internal use. A cemetery or funeral home can set up their Items register and use these Items during the sales processes, e.g., when adding Items to a RecordKeepr invoice, minimizing the possibility of error and saving time.
